What is the difference between Domain and Hosting? Many people get Domain and Hosting mixed up because the two can usually be bought together. Domain often referred to as URL.

What is the process of building my website? What is SSL? SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer and is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. Is it possible to find a Chinese speaking agent from you guys to talk with me face to face to discuss further information that I needed?  Yes, majority of our staff are bilingual and fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Do I have to keep my website with you forever or can I move it to another supplier?  Once you have purchased and own the website on your hosting, you will have complete access to your website.

Can I see how many visitors I have to my website?  Yes, we integrate Google Analytics into every website we build.  With Google analytics tools you will be able to check insights and statistics for your website.
