About The Company:

McDonald’s New York Tri-State is a franchisee, covering the tri-state area which includes the states of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. They have more than 600+ stores and continually look to create more community engagement as well as interactions between local clients and consumers.

Challenges:

Users who register for the Extra Values Club on the website receive membership benefits. One of the benefits members receive are coupons that can be redeemed for in-store items. Ready Artwork’s web development team faced the challenge of having to create these coupons and setting rules for expiration.

Solutions:

A responsive design website was created as a way to best serve both the desktop and mobile audience. Ready Artwork’s web development team created coupons that members could print from a desktop computer. The coupons are allowed to printed one time only and set to expire once printed. For mobile users of the website, coupons were created to be used in-store. Once the mobile coupons were used in store, they would immediately expire.

Ready Artwork also created a newsletter for members to receive new coupons on a monthly, recurring basis.

The layout, navigation and ease of use with all of the functions of the website are a great example of Ready Artwork’s capability of performing intricate and complex custom website design work.
