Company culture is one of the most important elements in keeping a company strong and productive. Whether it’s a small local business, or large corporations, company culture can bring a positive component to the workplace. It drives employees to be more productive and work harder. The value of work also dramatically increases! Having a healthy work environment can improve the stability of the company and grow the quality of work.

Here at Ready Artwork, we absolutely embrace company culture! We start off our mornings with daily outdoor meetings for each department. We’ll run through our current events to share, and weekly goals and challenges. By doing so, it brings the team together and we are all involved in each department and support solutions to help, if needed. Another way we like to bring the company together is to have daily meetings at the end of the day to go over what we’ve been working on and share any ideas or tasks that has been completed. We’ll then engage in a game that will allow each team to earn points to win a prize at the end of the month! Small gifts and rewards can boost the attitude of each employee and to look forward to a fun activity towards the end of the day.

What’s also great about company culture is that you can create any unique idea that fits your company to reward your employees for their diligence and work ethic. For example, we have a monthly sales goal that our company has to achieve. Once it is achieved, we allocate a portion of the money to go towards what we call a “fun fund”. The purpose of the fun fund is so that we can have company trips with all of the employees and relish in all the hard work that we’ve put in. Typically on these trips, we’ll create an environment where we can have fun, get to know each other, and play games to help boost creativity. It also helps bring us together for better work relations and improves communication between all staff members.

At the end of the day, we all want to be happy and content with our careers. We want to be able to wake up each morning feeling like we are contributing to something important. Working at a company that cherishes company culture can make you feel more enlightened and productive.
