Responsibilities:

– Manage office schedules / calendar and organize activities

– General office duties

– Assist accounting with invoicing, some bookkeeping and monthly reporting

– Assist in HR task and issues

– Enforcing company policy

– Manage office supplies

– Assist different departments when needed

– Answering incoming calls and greet clients

– Bank deposits & office errands

This should describe you:

– Well organized and detail-oriented

– Strong time management skills

– Dependable team player

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Active on all platforms of social media

– Self-motivated and a fast learner

– Most of all open minded and fun!!!

Requirements:

– 3 years of working experience in related field

– Excellent computer skills
