Position: Temp Full-Time Marketing Assistant

This position has the opportunity to convert to a long-term position depending on performance

Salary: Depends on Experience

Role Summary:  The candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing department in helping manage various marketing accounts across a variety of platforms. This includes social media accounts, email marketing campaigns, blogging, outreach and more.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily management of client accounts
  • Ensure daily tasks are completed ahead of deadlines
  • Creation and organization of content calendars


  • Required to work closely with the marketing managers and frequently reporting project and task updates daily
  • Close communication with other departments to request items necessary to the completion of projects and tasks

 Position Requirements (Education, Qualifications, Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required and at least 1-2 years related marketing experience
  • Marketing and/or brand building experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and can effectively interact with all levels within the organization
  • Innovative and strategic thinker with strong problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize, manage and complete multiple tasks & projects
  • SEO knowledge (preferred but not required)
