How to Share Klaviyo Access

Step 1: Log into Your Klaviyo Account

  1. Go to Klaviyo and log in with your credentials.

 

Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings

  1. Click on your account name in the bottom left corner of the dashboard.
  2. Select Account from the dropdown menu.

 

Step 3: Manage Users

  1. In the account settings, click on the Settings tab.
  2. Select Users from the dropdown menu.

 

Step 4: Add a New User

  1. Click the Invite Users button.
  2. Enter the email address of the person you want to add (your marketing agency’s contact).
  3. Choose the appropriate role and permissions for the user:
    • Admin: Full access to all account features, including billing and user management.
    • Manager: Access to manage campaigns, lists, and segments.
    • Analyst: Access to view reports and analytics.
    • Campaign Coordinator: Access to create and edit campaigns but no access to lists or segments.
  4. Click Invite User to send the invitation.

 

Step 5: Notify Your Agency

Once you’ve sent the invitation, inform your marketing agency that they have been invited to access your Klaviyo account. They will receive an email with instructions on how to accept the invitation and set up their account.
