THE ASK
Crosstown Electrical and Data, Inc. is a Southern California electrical contractor specializing in the installation of electrical and ITS infrastructure, fiber optics, copper, wireless communications, and closed circuit television systems. Crosstown built a reputation as premier integrators and installers of Traffic, Transportation, Rail, and Public Works electrical infrastructure across Southern California. Ready Artwork has been their digital and creative partner since 2018, designing and building their WordPress website, traveling to job sites across Southern California for photo and video shoots, designing trade publication ads, and maintaining their site on a monthly security updates. The relationship spans every major project milestone Crosstown has reached over that time.

Ready Artwork serves as Crosstown’s digital and creative partner across multiple disciplines, from the original website design to periodic job-site shoots that document their portfolio of completed infrastructure projects as they grow.
WordPress Website Design and Development
Full custom WordPress website designed and built for Crosstown starting in 2018, including a homepage with a custom video loop hero, projects portfolio section, about page with services list and affiliations, careers page, and contact. Services section expanded in 2021 to showcase Crosstown’s growing ITS, traffic signal, and fiber optic service disciplines added through a business acquisition.
Job Site Photography and Video
Periodic on-location photo and video shoots at active Crosstown job sites across Southern California, documenting completed infrastructure projects for use on the website and in marketing materials. Shoots have included the SR-57 Freeway LED signage replacement for Caltrans, the OC Vibe job site, and ITS and fiber optic installations for public agencies and municipalities. Photography is added to the Crosstown projects portfolio on a rolling basis as new work is completed.
Monthly Website Maintenance
Monthly security plugin updates and website maintenance under a recurring retainer beginning February 2026. Keeps the Crosstown WordPress site current, secure, and technically healthy on an ongoing basis, with project content updates added as Crosstown completes new jobs and provides write-ups for their portfolio.
Print and Publication Design
Design support for Crosstown’s trade marketing, including a half-page ad design for ITS International magazine in 2024, developed around Crosstown’s Coachella Valley ITS project that was featured in the publication. Design work follows Crosstown’s brand identity and is formatted to the specifications of the target publication.
