HQO’s new website required multiple customizable and dynamic functions in order to effectively serve both existing and new B2B client bases. To do this, we:

- Integrated specialized B2B features such as a client portal with B2B custom login, and an e-catalog for the public with blind pricing.
- The new website incorporated centralized management, which played a crucial role in facilitating and integrating essential business functions. These functions included the provision of lead generation forms, enabling business account creation, enhancing customer service capabilities, allowing visitors to view pricing or request a quote, managing invoices, and providing access to downloadable files containing commonly requested documents.
We assisted HQO in expanding their audience segments and seamlessly integrating a productive e-commerce component into their business model. This effort yielded significant results, including a substantial rise in website viewership, which increased from 2.41 to 6.68 views per user, as well as a remarkable enhancement in their engagement rate, surging from 65.2% to an impressive 85.1%.
