They provide personal, one-on-one support with their clients providing them with customized healthy meals. For over 30 years, Jenny Craig was able to change millions of lives worldwide, guiding them to a better life.

The Challenge:

Jenny Craig’s internal marketing team commissioned Ready Artwork to develop and design multiple e-mail campaigns. Jenny Craig is a well-known and established company and brand; there were strict guidelines that design and web team had to follow. The main challenge was having to work externally with the design team of Jenny Craig, and then have the design passed on to Ready Artwork. In addition, the newsletter had to be optimized for better on page loading time. Ready Artwork’s web team had to customize extensive coding to ensure that the layout displays the same, regardless of mail client being used to view the newsletter. Some of the popular used mail clients include: Outlook, Blackberry Mail, iPhone mail, Thunderbird, etc.

Ready Artwork’s Solution:

Ready Artwork had to stay very organized and detail-orientated to this project, taking in consideration of Jenny Craig’s high-profile brand. Numerous internal testing and quality control sessions were taken place to ensure the quality and consistency of the e-newsletters. Ready Artwork also performed cross-platform checks to test how each e-mail campaign would display on various mail clients.
