History:
Ready Artwork loves to support local events so when the Monrovia Chamber of Commerce approached our team to help them design a logo for their new Beer & Wine Festival, we were excited to work with them.
The Beer & Wine Festival is a fairly new unique event celebrating craft beer, wine sampling & live music that takes place at the local metro train station. So the Chamber approached us to create their branding for their marketing material.

Challenges:
Our client wanted to embody key elements that symbolize the city of Monrovia and its history and culture. The festival is targeting an older crowd, so the logo needed to have a clean and contemporary feel to attract their ideal audience.

Insight/Research:
Our designers went through several sketches and played around with weeds and barley symbols. They also went through research, color study, typography study, and napkin sketches before narrowing down a final design.

Solution:
Our designers created a modern and contemporary logo that also has an element of timelessness, which means the logo can be used for years to come. The final logo uses a san serif font and has earth tones to create a rustic feel. The client has used this logo on their promotional material, like flyers, website, and merchandise.
